Sunshine, I’m writing you this letter because I want to thank you. You have become such a powerful force in my life. You have taught me so many life skills and with your guidance I’m becoming a better “me”!
Your encouraging me at 66 years of age to give Yoga a try showed me your faith in Yoga and in me and you’ve never let me feel I couldn’t achieve my goals through practice, classes and mediation. Your Yoga classes have taught me postures I never thought possible. Your adjustments cause me to say ‘ahh, now I feel it’. Because of you I never say, I can’t. You are gentle and kind, you lead me and also challenge me. You’re a healer, cleanser, amazing nutritionist. Plus, you guide by example and encourage me in all my endeavors.
My life has been richly blessed by your friendship and through teaching me both physical and nutritional lessons. I’m able to pass honest and thoroughly researched keys to living a better and cleaner way of life through nutrition, exercise, meditation and love to family and friends.

Susan is like a spirit guide for me for close to two years now, and jeez has she changed my life. Thanks to Susan I’ve learned how to lose weight, build muscle, eat right, and generally make myself as healthy as I can be!! You have been such an inspiration since the first day I met you. When you were doing personal training at Trilogy, I was lucky to have been able to have you as my motivator. We were a definite match – you and I hit it off from the beginning. And, we have developed such a friendship and a mutual respect for one another since then.
Not only did you motive me to exercise for a healthier life, you also shared all of your valuable information on nutrition.
