RAW Warming Sweet-Squash Soup

This is a very warming comforting soup you will enjoy.


  • 2 cups  hard squash, peeled, seeds removed, and cut into pieces
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 avocado
  • 6  soaked dates chopped
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of celtic sea salt

Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender for a minute or so until smooth. Garnish with chopped pecan nuts or grated coconut.  This will make for a hot “raw” soup.
