1 1/2 cup nutter ( pecan, cashew, almond)
2 1/2 to 3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup cranberries, dried (raisins or dried apples can be used)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3 tblsp coconut butter
2 scoops plant based protein powder (optional)
Line a dish with parchment paper. Warm slightly the coconut butter, nut butter and honey in a saucepan until ingredients are soft enough to combine other ingredients. Remove from heat combine oatmeal and protein powder and mix well then add dried fruits, almonds and seeds.
Press into 9 inch square pan and let cool then cut into squares.
