How to Stop Sweet Cravings

We usually crave sugary foods because our bodies do not get the nutrients it needs to function well.  Some people try to fight their cravings with willpower alone but there is a better way.  Green Smoothie Drinks!

You can add a Green Drink first thing in the morning and nourish your body as you start your day.  A Green Smoothie drink consists of leafy greens, water, fruit that are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, mineral, fiber and chlorophyll.

Just one glass of green smoothies a day will cure of all sugar cravings.  As you start adding in this nutrient rich drink it will raise your red blood cell count necessary for that energy boost you’ve been looking for.

Keep it Simple!  Not too much fruit.  The more bitter the less sugar cravings you will have throughout your day.

Even more important, magnesium, the mineral your body needs in good supply to fight sugar cravings, is the core atom in chlorophyll.  Many people are deficient in magnesium which can cause out of control cravings.  This drink will stop your cravings of sweets, chocolates, cakes and cookies.

Not only will you lesson your sugar cravings, but also you will receive protein that has all the essential amino acids your body needs.  When you nourish your body, it doesn’t look for sugars and sweet foods.  The proteins in leafy greens are easily digestible into the tissues faster and do not contain the harmful effects of flesh protein.
