Healthy Strawberry/Raspberry Yogurt Freeze

Instead of ice cream try this healthy dessert – Strawberry/Raspberry Yogurt Freeze.  Using coconut sugar for this recipe makes it low glycemic – the raspberries and strawberries offer antioxidants and fiber to your diet.

  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
Add in vitamix in order listed blend on 10 for about a minute. Sprinkle with cacao nibs for garnish.
