Raw Cacao Goji Balls – Best Superfood Recipe EVER!

Did you know that chocolate is a super-food?

Raw Cacao Chocolate is Super high on the anti-oxidant spectrum with tons of good healing effects.

Unfortunately, most chocolate that is in supermarkets is heavily processed, refined, diluted and mixed with sugar, milk and other not-so-good ingredients that it becomes a junk food.

What if you could eat raw chocolate? Raw Chocolate is a healthy super food that can satisfy a sweet craving, without the guilt…and without triggering the roller coaster.

At first when trying raw cacao some people find it a little bit bitter. This is only natural since you are used to eating the processed form…this is why I am also going to give you my super yummy recipe for RAW CACAO BALLS.


Healthy Raw Cacao Goji Balls

  • 2 cups organic raw walnuts (can use almonds or other nuts)
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 3/4 cup cacao nibs (ground to a powder)
  • 2 tblsp hemp protein powder
  • 1 tblsp ground chia seeds
  • 2 tblsp coconut oil

Mix in high speed blender until dough consistency.  Make cacao balls – freeze until firm.  Refrigerate.

You can be creative in decorating by rolling in crushed coconut, cacao powder or crushed raw nuts.


These cacao balls are so easy and everyone loves them.  When you need just a little bit of dark chocolate the cacao goji balls will fulfill your chocolate craving.  Great to take to parties, family gatherings and healthy for all.

Goji berries are nutrient rich containing 18 kinds of amino acids (six times higher than bee pollen) and contains all 8 essential amino acids such as isoleucine and trytophan.  Goji’s contain up to 21 trace minerals including zinc, iron, copper, calcium, germanium, selenium, and phosphorus.

Goji berries are a great source of carotenoids and beta-carotene (more beta carotene than carrots).  They contain 500 times the amount of Vitamin C, by weight more than oranges making them second only to camu camu berries which is the richest source of vitamin c on earth.  Goji’s also contain vitamins B1, B2, B6, and vitamin E.
