1 organic red pepper
3-4 tomatoes or ½ cup sundried tomatoes
4 stalks celery
3 tbls nutritional yeast
½ tsp celtic sea salt
Lemon or lime juice to taste
Blend until smooth. Garnish with green onions, sprouted sunflower seeds and fresh cucumber. You can make it thick and use like a dip or add a little water to recipe to thin if needed.
