This is a very warming comforting soup you will enjoy.
- 2 cups hard squash, peeled, seeds removed, and cut into pieces
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 avocado
- 6 soaked dates chopped
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of celtic sea salt
Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender for a minute or so until smooth. Garnish with chopped pecan nuts or grated coconut. This will make for a hot “raw” soup.
