This smoothie is easy and delicious! Layering with this oatmeal mixture makes a great texture and very filling. Great way to start your days with antioxidants, protein and a healthy fat.
3/4 cup organic raspberries
1 tblsp coconut oil
1 to 2 cups young thai coconut water
1/4 cup coconut meat of coconut (or unsweetened coconut flakes)
1 scoop plant based protein (14 grams per scoop)
ground flax seeds
ground chia seeds
gluten free oatmeal
celtic sea salt
Blend until smooth in blender. Layer smoothie with oatmeal mixture.
