This is a delicious and easy recipe that will compliment any holiday meal. It is full of vitamins and has the great healing benefits of the cranberry. Reap the benefits of fresh cranberries and oranges!
1 bag fresh cranberries
3 small oranges
raw honey to taste (or 20 drops stevia liquid)
Peel and de-seed the oranges and chop in a food processor to diced oranges. Add the cranberries and honey and pulse again. Do not blend too long you want the relish to be in pieces, not a liquid.
- crushed pineapple
- apple sauce
- fresh peeled apple chunks
