RAW Avocado Tropical Salsa

This is a simple recipe you will enjoy from Markus.  This is true food with nutrients.

Cilantro is great for reducing heavy metals in the body.  Apple Cider Vinegar helps with digestion.

 

Avocado Tropical Salsa

  • Mango
  • Papaya
  • Onion
  • Cilantro
  • Olive Oil
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Black Pepper
  • Celtic Sea Salt
  • Paprika
  • Avocado’s – quartered without skins

Adjust measurements to your taste.

Chop the Mango, Papaya, onion and cilantro mix all ingredients together except the avocado.  Let ingredients sit in fridge for about one hour.

Quarter the avocado and scoop out of skins.  Arrange on a beautiful plate and top with salsa mixture.  For garnish a few sprigs of cilantro.
