Creative Green Smoothie Recipe
- 3/4 to 1 cup of water
- 3 cups of vegetables (kale, chard, spinach, carrots, tomato, etc. the more green the better!)
- 1 fruit (apple, pear, mango, blueberries, etc.)
- 1/4-1/3 avocado (optional) will give a creamy texture while adding a healthy fat
- plant based protein powder (optional)
First add mineral water to your blender then add fruit adding the vegetables last. Blend on high until the smoothie is creamy.
This recipe makes about 32 oz you can have half for breakfast and other half mid-day.
