Hemp seed is a great source of Protein and healthy fat.
Thee amazing bars will make it hard to stop at one but they will satisfy all your cravings and fill your hunger desires.
It’s super easy other than using the cacao chips it would be sugar free unless you add the maple syrup option.
1 cup cacao chips 72% ( you could do real cacao powder as a great option)
1/2 Cup Hemp seeds (mention code: fitnesswithsusan for 7% off)
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil + 4 tblspoons
15 drops of Peppermint oil (I only recommend Young Living Oil as only 2% of essential oils are truly therapeutic grade – using synthetics on bargain brands can be harmful – adjust drops if needeed)
1 tblsp maple syrup (optional)
Pour your hemp seeds in a small dish
Next add drops of Peppermint oil to the coconut oil
Pour coconut oil with peppermint on top of the Hemp Seeds.
Next melt your chocolate adding 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
Pour Chocolate on top of the Coconut oil hempseed mix.
Place in Freezer to set.
Move to fridge then cut to bars.
