Einkorn Chocolate Chip Cookies
• 8 tbsp. softened butter
• ¾ cup coconut sugar
• 1 medium egg
• ½ tsp. salt
• ½ tsp. baking soda
• ½ tsp. vanilla
• ½ cup 60% cacao chocolate chips
• 1¼ cup cups Young Living Pancake & Waffle Mix
Cream the butter, sugar, salt and baking soda well – add YL Mix.
Add egg and vanilla to creamed mixture; mix until emulsified.
Mix in chocolate chips and gently mix well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake at at 350°F for 10min, rotating the tray halfway through.
Let cool for five minutes before removing from the tray.
